We have added an additional 12TB storage array to our Data Center.  This compliments our Blade servers and existing Equalogic storage array.  We added this to cover space used by our new Suite series of products (http://www.matrixsuites.com).  Some customers already have 30 GB of data stored here.  The storage arrays automatically Snap Shot the data each night, weekly, and monthly.  In addition our development servers Snapshot each hour.  This gives us the abilty to rollback very easy.

We have started making videos on our software products.  This will make training much faster for us and it will give the clients the ability to review their training at a later date.  Looking forward to seeing more.  Here is a demo:
